Description:
Sail (Zeil) is a solo show of Cat Smits as part of a co-production by PLAY Productions and Duda Paiva Company. A young woman sets off into a wide, blue world full of beauty in a boat, which is her only possession. He struggles with the elements alone. The sea turns out to be a powerful goddess with unexpected characteristics.
The performance tells about running away from oneself and confronting one's own mortality, regret and dreams when this escape is complete.
